CAREL har indgået en aftale om at overtage 100 % af aktiekapitalen i Cotes. Opkøbet styrker CARELs position inden for fugtkontrol og udvider koncernens portefølje med avancerede sorptionsaffugtningsløsninger til industrielle anvendelser. Med adgang til CARELs globale platform og ressourcer får Cotes et stærkt fundament for den videre udvikling, samtidig med at virksomhedens tekniske ekspertise og entreprenørånd bevares.
