In the unfortunate event that you need to submit a claim to Cotes, we would ask you to kindly write an email to claims@cotes.com, and our experts will get back to you within 24 hours (inside working week (mon 8am – fri 2pm).
Please include the following information in your email to Cotes:

- COTES DEHUMIDIFIER SERIAL NUMBER
- COUNTRY/LOCATION
- FULL DESCRIPTION OF ERROR
- UNIT/PART ITEM NUMBER
- HOUR COUNTER VALUE
- WHAT ACTIONS HAVE BEEN TAKEN TO SOLVE THE ISSUE
- HOW FREQUENT DOES THE ISSUE OCCUR
- WHEN DOES THE ISSUE OCCUR: During startup/during normal operations/other
- CURRENT SOFTWARE VERSION
- IS THE SOFTWARE REGISTERED IN COTES SYSTEM, VIA QR-CODE: Yes/No
