Cotes A/S is pleased to welcome Finn Holmquist to the Sales team in Slagelse, where he joined the company on February 2.
Finn brings more than 25 years of experience in sales and management of technically complex solutions for the metal industry. Throughout his career, he has worked extensively with machine tool suppliers and industrial customers, building strong expertise in technical sales, supplier collaboration, and commercial management.
Prior to joining Cotes, Finn held senior leadership roles as Owner and Managing Director of Maskingruppen A/S (2005–2022) and Holmquist Maskiner A/S (1993–2005). In these roles, he was responsible for sales, supplier relations, customer engagement, and the overall commercial and financial management of the companies. He has also worked closely with a range of international machine tool manufacturers through long-term agency partnerships.
Finn brings a strong commercial, technical, and financial understanding, as well as extensive experience working across sales, service, and internal functions. His background includes close collaboration with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, with a focus on structured communication and effective cooperation.
